About the G-Wiz Adventures Project
What G-Wiz Adventures Is
G-Wiz Adventures is a five-phase, 8 year STEAM development project being built inside the historic 215-acre Bison Ranch & Retreats—a luxury farm once owned by the Dairy Queen family and now one of two commercial properties in Wise County owned by FCCP Property Management Group.
This 35-acre destination will serve as Texas’s first agriculture-based intervention and workforce hub, connecting education, justice, and industry to engage the NEET Generation (“No to Education, Employment, or Training”) through career exploration, innovation, and community impact.
Core Program Pillars
Each program will operate year-round with both youth and adult participation.
